Frequently asked questions about Trauma Coaching

  • No, the purpose of trauma resolution coaching is to work together to gently lift or dissolve the blocks that impact you currently and in your day to day. It's not to change the past, we will be working to reveal the parts of you that are currently hidden by the past.

  • This isn’t the traditional counselling or trauma focused therapy. Instead, it’s a blend of coaching and therapeutic techniques designed to help you move forward.  While we may touch on past experiences, the focus is on building practical tools, clarity and strategies to create meaningful change in your life.

  • Prices start from £998 for 3 months and £1998 for 6m.  (Pricing plans are available)

Chances are you have lived with this trauma experience since childhood and now have some very deep-seated habits and behaviours which kept you safe. Your safety mechanisms can’t be torn down, and you won’t find quick fixes on the internet either, they need to be gently worked through; that way new behaviours are likely to stick.

  • Trauma can’t be resolved by your thinking mind or by talking alone. Your body and your emotions play an equally important role in your healing. We have disconnected with our bodies leaving our mind in overdrive doing all the work therefore reconnecting to our bodies is an important part of trauma resolution coaching.

  • We held back feelings and emotions because it felt unsafe at the time to express them and then continued to hold back as an adult. Now emotions are likely stuck, or they get trapped easily. When pain shows up during the coaching process it’s a good thing (I know weird right) it means the pain is passing through, if we allow.
