  • "The direct team and the leadership group both found your calm and professional approach so helpful."

Thank you so much for the work you did with us recently following the sudden death of our friend and colleague. We really appreciated how you helped us reflect on what that loss meant to us in our work lives and the impact on each of us personally. The direct team and the leadership group both found your calm and professional approach so helpful, and it was really useful to have been able to mix our personal reflections with learning about the model of trauma to help us all understand the impact of the loss upon us.

Welcome to The Wise Mind™.

I am a trauma thriver having experienced several personal past traumas, abuse, family bankruptcy and family addiction. I understood how trauma and crisis impacts our health and wellbeing and our working life and became determined to help others particularly in their relations at work.  I know the journey back to myself and to full health well, and I have supported many clients though the same.

I have worked with organisations through crisis and freed companies from the legacy of old crisis and traumas that drag upon their potential.  And I have coached many individuals to realise a future that they always needed and always wanted.

Based on 25 years plus years’ experience working with individuals and organisations I work using a mixture of science-based research and authentic connection.

The session detail is confidential to the clients and no written reports are available.

  • You might feel that you are not getting on as well as you would like in your career, or you find certain colleagues challenging to work with. You might be constantly caught in the worry cycle; overanalysing and concerned what people think. You might find yourself not caring what people think and end up regularly upsetting people. There are many symptoms developed because of your childhood trauma that were established to keep you safe and manifest as fear-based behaviour in the here and now. These are your protective layers which need to be worked with safely and gently in trauma resolution coaching.

  • Past or current traumas and crises impact the organisation this could be a downturn or loss of income, death of a colleague, fraud or scandals, departmental infighting, loss of a key employee or an external event such as a pandemic. • No - trauma resolution coaching focuses on helping individuals move forward from trauma and crisis through action oriented strategies.  The goal is to develop resilience enhancing both performance and growth.  It’s a more proactive process working with teams and individuals to overcome the blocks that are currently preventing success.

  • The trauma resolution coaching will require regular sessions to be effective however, there is greater flexibility than with the individual service as work diaries command a different cadence of sessions. For that reason, the service is extended through a 12m period.
