Common Questions

  • An Executive will likely not want to discuss their childhood trauma experience with their organisation therefore how can they get the service they need? This assessment also offers a pre-screen for trauma resolution coaching and looks at all aspects of your mental health and well-being subsequently generating a plan for work with areas challenging your work and life goals. The session detail is confidential to the clients and no written reports are available.

  • You might feel that you are not getting on as well as you would like in your career, or you find certain colleagues challenging to work with. You might be constantly caught in the worry cycle; overanalysing and concerned what people think. You might find yourself not caring what people think and end up regularly upsetting people. There are many symptoms developed because of your childhood trauma that were established to keep you safe and manifest as fear-based behaviour in the here and now. These are your protective layers which need to be worked with safely and gently in trauma resolution coaching.

  • Past or current traumas and crises impact the organisation this could be a downturn or loss of income, death of a colleague, fraud or scandals, departmental infighting, loss of a key employee or an external event such as a pandemic. All these examples can have a direct and lasting impact upon the organisation the productivity, profit and its members.

  • No. counselling works very much with the past and often used when you are in immediate crisis. Trauma resolution works with what is happening for you now that’s not working for you and provides you with the tools and ability to lead a fulfilled and bigger life.

  • The trauma resolution coaching will require regular sessions to be effective however, there is greater flexibility than with the individual service as work diaries command a different cadence of sessions. For that reason, the service is extended through a 12m period.
